FOREWORD

Having human beings integrated in current society with a productive, professional and educational performance means that during the first seven years of their lives, an enriched protein diet was administered to them, protein values that are basic for neurons and neurological system growing and consolidation.

As we all know, this does not happen in the so-called Third World or rather, eternal Countries in Ways of Development. We are, and this is not news, bringing up subraces, malnourished people, subhuman, to whom one can not even give education, if easily available, because the Thinking Machine - brains - is irremediable damaged.

The Instituto Gros' commitment with upcoming generations arriving to a context of growing misery, generalized ignorance and, obviously, a spreading all-over lack of food, is of high-priority since there are almost no governments in our countries really interested in seeking effective and short-term solutions in order to do away with that problem, unless palliatives that once disclosed in the media with such a ferocity, easily denounce hidden purposes.

Recently, the United Nations Organization announced Brazil as a country already living in the middle of a Social War, but this, of course, is also applicable to the rest of Latin-America, perhaps with one or two exceptions but no more than that. The lack of work opportunities generates the lack of food which at its time patronizes human degradation with its respective daily increase of social violence. Therefore, all but none value is given to life and that is the mark where one must subsist currently.

Thus, an organized Civil Society is obliged to participate, in a very urgent way, to finding practical solutions that at least will stop the threat of having that Social War expanding to the last Latin-American corner. All ingredients were given by no one but ourselves and there is no doubt we are in the antechamber of a Civil and Military War, in other words, that one that carries along besides brother killing brother, the incessant coming-in-and-out of never-ending tons of armaments in behalf of War Merchants' joy.

PROJECTS TO BE IMPLEMENTED ON MIDDLE-TERM BASIS

Notice: These are the Gros IPPH current projects to be turned feasible on a middle term basis. Since, a technicians team will have to be hired in order to elaborate those projects, the a Work-team was activated inside the institution to raise up funding through its members work that will allow, on a first stage, payments of technicians fees among other expenses.

That is the reason why having Companies and Institutions as Benefactors of Gros IPPH by placing their Banner-links at the Index Page, is of utmost importance, not only for the purposes above mentioned but for its future as a Nonprofit Organization.
